Commuters in Dallas are running into trouble as heavy rain brings flooding. Today, the flood risk extends from the Four Corners to the East Coast.

Cities such as Austin, Texas, Atlanta, Raleigh, N.C., Richmond, Va., and Washington, D.C., should be on alert for flash flooding today.
